Online Shopping Process,
We try to make the shopping process simple and safe. The https://www.pantelides.eu website is verified and provides a secure connection (You see a lock button next to the website’s address). We don’t ask and we don’t keep information for your Bank or Credit Card accounts. The payment process is done entirely on the PayPal website using your PayPal account or Credit Card.
You can shop with or without registering an account. The required account information are the shipping/billing addresses, email and password for this site.
The process is simple. You select any items suitable for you, review them in your Cart, proceed to Checkout, fill in the billing/shipping details or use your account if registered and place order.
Shipment,
A Worldwide delivery with standard Cyprus Postal Services – A’ class and the corresponding country of delivery post (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Posten Norge etc) is included in the listed prices. We prepare the shipment, usually, within 2 working days after payment. Tracking number service, when available at the country of delivery.
Returns,
Returns are accepted for any standard items 14 days after delivery. Please send us a message to tell us about this, as soon as possible. Items specially modified for you can not be returned.
Refund,
A refund is given for any returned items after mutual agreement, of course.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If we send the wrong items or if goods are damaged because of poor packing then it is our responsibility for replacement or refund.
If we use common sense and the will to solve problems, then everything moves smoothly. There are no secret “small print” terms and conditions.
