This set of frame base 500x300x100mm is made from:

2 pieces of aluminum T-slot extruded profile 20×20-6 Length 500mm
2 pieces of aluminum T-slot extruded profile 20×20-6 Length 300mm
4 pieces of aluminum T-slot extruded profile 20×20-6 Length 100mm
12 sets of steel button head socket screws M5x10mm with washers and T-nuts
16 pieces end caps plastic white grey 20x20mm

The connections are quite strong. Each profile length is fixed by at least 2 sets of screws/T-nuts (not outside visible). The access to the socket screws is done, through a hole, by a hexagonal 3mm key. The slots are free to use in any other way. The frame is suitable for connecting with other aluminum T-slot framing profiles of 20 metric series, plate materials or accessories and fittings.
